Text

(a)All Arkansas-certified law enforcement officers:
(1)Shall enforce this subchapter;
(2)May issue citations to or arrest persons violating any provision of this subchapter; and (3) (A) May serve and execute all warrants, citations, and other process issued by the courts in enforcing this subchapter.
(B)In addition, mailing by registered mail of the process to the person's last known place of residence shall be deemed as personal service upon the person charged.
(b)(1) All certified law enforcement officers may serve and execute all warrants, citations, and other process issued by the courts in enforcing this subchapter.
