As used in this subchapter:

(1)"Board" means a regional solid waste management board established pursuant to § 8-6-701 et seq., or a successor board to the powers of the board;

(2)"Commission" means the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission;

(3)"District" means a regional solid waste management district as established by § 8-6-701 et seq., or a successor district of a regional solid waste management district;

(4)"Landfill" means a permitted landfill under the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, § 8-6-201 et seq.; and (5) "Solid waste" means the same as provided by § 8-6-702 .
