Text
As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)"Commission" means the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission;
(2)"Landfill" means a landfill permitted under the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, § 8-6-201 et seq., except a landfill where a private industry bears the expense of operating and maintaining the landfill solely for the disposal of wastes generated by the industry or wastes of a similar kind or character;
(3)"Permittee" means any person holding a solid waste disposal permit as provided in the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, § 8-6-201 et seq.;
(4)"Post-closure corrective action" means any measures deemed necessary by the Director of the Division of Environmental Quality to prevent or abate contamination of the environment from any land
