Text

(a)It shall be the duty of the county board of election commissioners to prepare and certify the ballot styles for the voting machine.
(b)In addition, the county board of election commissioners shall furnish any election materials and supplies as may be necessary or as may be required by law.
(c)The voting machine shall be delivered by the county board of election commissioners to the election officials at each polling site.
(d)The county board of election commissioners shall supply each precinct with clear, written instructions suitable for the instruction of voters that illustrate the manner of voting on the machine.
