Text

(a)The State Board of Election Commissioners may receive expense reimbursement and stipends in accordance with § 25-16-901 et seq.
(b)(1) Each member of a county board of election commissioners shall receive for his or her services the sum of not less than one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) per public meeting when official business is conducted up to a total of ten (10) meetings for an election.
(2)For each meeting over the number of meetings per election under subdivision (b)(1) of this section, each member of a county board of election commissioners shall receive for his or her services the sum of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(c)Each member of a county board of election commissioners shall receive compensation in an amount not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00) per
