Text
(a)The School of Criminal Justice and Criminology at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock is designated as the state lead agency responsible for implementing any federal scholarships or training programs that fall under the umbrella of the Police Corps Act, Title XX, Subtitle A of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, 34 U.S.C. § 12551 et seq.
(b)The School of Criminal Justice and Criminology may promulgate rules necessary for the administration and operation of any such programs in the State of Arkansas, including the creation of the Police Corps Advisory Group, which shall:
(1)Serve as the body to review policies imposed by the United States Government and the rules developed by the School of Criminal Justice and Criminology for the Arkansas Police Corps Prog
