Text

(a)"Statement of selective service status" means a statement on an application for employment with the State of Arkansas or for admission to any public institution of higher education, sworn under penalty of perjury, that:
(1)The person filing the certificate is registered with the United States Selective Service System in accordance with the Military Selective Service Act, 50 U.S.C. § 3801 et seq.; or (2) The person filing the certificate is not required to register with the United States Selective Service System because the person is:
(A)Under eighteen (18) years of age;
(B)In the United States Armed Forces on active duty, other than in a reserve or national guard unit;
(C)An alien lawfully admitted to the United States as a non-immigrant under Section 101(a)(15) of the Immigration
