Text

(a)"Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by the Division of Higher Education.
(b)"Statement of selective service status" means a statement certifying that:
(1)The individual filing the statement is registered with the United States Selective Service System in accordance with the Military Selective Service Act, 50 U.S.C. § 3801 et seq.; or (2) The individual filing the statement is not required to register with the United States Selective Service System because the individual is:
(A)Under eighteen (18) years of age;
(B)In the United States Armed Forces on active duty, other than in a reserve or national guard unit;
(C)Neither a United States citizen nor a resident alien;
(D)A permanent resident of the trust territory of the Pacific Islands or the Northern Mariana
