(a)Community colleges established under the authority of Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 52 and the laws enacted pursuant thereto, are authorized, upon application, review, and approval thereof by the State Community College Board, to enter into agreements with any postsecondary educational institution, or with agencies or institutions of this state, of any city or county, or of the United States Government for the sharing of facilities, personnel, or services or the providing and furnishing of services for such duration and under such conditions and financial arrangements therefor as are not inconsistent with the purposes for which the community colleges are established.
(b)In addition to the powers enumerated in this subchapter, it is the specific intention of this section, §§ 6-61-10
