(a)The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board, in collaboration with all public university and community college presidents and chancellors or their designees, shall develop and adopt rules to require that:
(1)An automated external defibrillator be placed in appropriate locations across each institution of higher education campus as determined by rule;
(2)Appropriate personnel be adequately trained on an ongoing basis; and (3) Each institution of higher education-sponsored sporting event have an automated external defibrillator at the institution of higher education-sponsored sporting event.
