(a)As used in this section, "institution of higher education" means an institution of higher education that is a:
(1)State-supported two-year or four-year college or university; or (2) Private, nonprofit two-year or four-year college or university with its primary headquarters located in Arkansas that is eligible to receive Title IV federal student aid funds.
(b)An institution of higher education shall provide to each entering full-time undergraduate, graduate, or professional student, including transfer students to the institution of higher education, information about:
(1)Available mental health and suicide prevention services offered by the institution of higher education or by any associated organization or program; and (2) Early warning signs that are often present in and appropri
