(a)Effective July 1, 2003, Cotton Boll Technical Institute is merged with and into Mississippi County Community College, subject to the concurrence of the Higher Learning Commission.
(b)Effective July 1, 2003, Mississippi County Community College shall be renamed and known as Arkansas Northeastern College.
