Text

(a)The Board of Trustees of National Park College may determine each year whether to offer employees of National Park College more than one (1) health insurance plan from which to choose.
(b)If more than one (1) health insurance plan is authorized by the Board of Trustees of National Park College, a permanent employee of the college may annually elect to enroll in:
(1)The National Park College Health Insurance Plan, if a plan is adopted by the Board of Trustees of National Park College; or (2) The health insurance plan adopted by the State Board of Finance for state employees, if the Board of Trustees of National Park College authorizes college employees to participate in the plan subject to the conditions and rates established by the State Board of Finance.
