Text

(a)A person shall not be granted an admissions representative's license if, upon investigation, the applicant is found not to meet the requirements for an admissions representative under this subchapter.
(b)The Commissioner of the Division of Higher Education, upon receipt of information considered dependable which indicates fraud, misrepresentation, or unethical practices on the part of an applicant, may deny issuance of a license applied for or may suspend immediately a license already issued pending a review by the Division of Higher Education.
(c)Any applicant dissatisfied with the decision to refuse, suspend, or revoke a license may seek judicial review, provided the applicant files notice of appeal in Pulaski County Circuit Court within fifteen (15) calendar days immediately follo
