Text

The Superintendent of the Arkansas School for the Blind may employ such operatives as are necessary for the proper management of the school, the repair of buildings, and cultivation of adjacent grounds belonging thereto, and the superintendent shall report the same to the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas School for the Blind and the Arkansas School for the Deaf at its next meeting.
