Text

(a)The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas School for the Blind and the Arkansas School for the Deaf shall have the power to elect a Superintendent of the Arkansas School for the Blind, who shall receive an annual compensation to be fixed by the board of trustees. This amount shall be reported to the General Assembly.
(b)The superintendent shall be permitted to accept and use free transportation on any railroad in this state without incurring the penalty incurred in § 23-4-803 [repealed].
