The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas School for the Blind and the Arkansas School for the Deaf is invested with the general control and direction of the property and affairs of the school, with power to direct such purchases as, under the advice of the superintendent, may be deemed necessary for the comfort, health, and educational advancement of the blind.
