Text

The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas School for the Blind and the Arkansas School for the Deaf shall make all rules necessary for the government of the Arkansas School for the Blind not otherwise provided by law, and it shall incorporate the rules in the next report it makes after the promulgation of the rules to the General Assembly.
