Text

(a)There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "School for Math, Sciences, and Arts Fund".
(b)The fund shall be used to provide for the maintenance, operation, and improvement required by the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts in carrying out its powers, functions, and duties as set out by law.
(c)The fund shall consist of moneys allocated and transferred from the Educational Excellence Trust Fund, any general revenues as may be provided by the Revenue Stabilization Law, § 19-5-101 et seq., and any other moneys as may be authorized by law.
