Text

(a)Within ten (10) calendar days of the close of the first quarter of each school year, a public charter school shall submit a written report to the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education that contains the following information for the current school year:
(1)The number of applications for enrollment received;
(2)The number of applicants with a disability identified under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq.; and (3) The number of applications for enrollment the public charter school denied and an explanation of the reason for each denial.
(b)Within ten (10) calendar days of the close of the fourth quarter of each school year, a public charter school shall submit a written report to the division that contains the following information for th
