§ 6-21-501 — Authority to operate
Arkansas·Title 6
(a)Any school district or any board of directors thereof may:
(1)Operate a program of public recreation and playgrounds;
(2)Acquire, equip, and maintain land, buildings, or other recreational facilities; and (3) Expend funds for the operation of the program pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter.
(b)However, the provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to § 17-22-201 et seq.
