Text

(a)When the requisite number of persons shall have associated according to the provisions of this chapter, any three (3) of them may call the first meeting of the corporation by giving notice of the meeting to each member of the association by written or printed circulars at least ten (10) days before the time of the meeting and when they shall elect the necessary officers.
(b)The majority of members shall constitute a quorum.
