Text
(a)The board of directors of schools with an average daily membership of at least twenty-five thousand (25,000) shall hereafter hold all school district board of director meetings and public hearings in facilities that will adequately accommodate individuals with disabilities and the number of patrons anticipated to attend.
(b)If a single room is not large enough or adequate to accommodate individuals with disabilities and the number of patrons who attend, the board of directors shall utilize closed-circuit television or other means which will assure full participation by all in attendance.
