§ 6-13-1503 — Initiation of detachment
Arkansas·Title 6
Creation of a new school district by detachment shall be initiated by:
(1)Resolution of the board of directors of each school district from which territory is to be detached; or (2) A petition that is presented to the State Board of Education pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter.
