As used in this subchapter:
(1)"Net-metering customer" has the same meaning as defined in the Arkansas Cost-Shifting Prevention Act of 2023, § 23-18-601 et seq.; and (2) "Net-metering facility" has the same meaning as defined in the Arkansas Cost-Shifting Prevention Act of 2023, § 23-18-601 et seq.
