Text

A state-funded medical school in this state shall not:

(1)Use state general revenue funds from tax dollars for use of the name, image, or likeness of a student-athlete; or (2) Contract with or offer any state general revenue funds from tax dollars to a student-athlete for the use of his or her name, image, or likeness.
