Text

Subject to a transfer, an assignment, or a licensing agreement, the property rights provided by this subchapter are exclusive to:

(1)An individual during the individual's lifetime; and (2) The executors, administrators, heirs, devisees, and assignees of the individual for fifty (50) years after the individual's death.
