Text
The plaintiff in the several actions shall collect only the amount of his or her demand, with interest due thereon, and the costs on only one (1) of the actions. Rev. Stat., ch. 11, § 10; C. & M. Dig., § 485; Pope's Dig., § 522; A.S.A. 1947, § 68-812.
