Text
It is unlawful for a person:
(1)To purchase a prepaid mobile device or refill a prepaid mobile device with wireless communication services on a previously purchased prepaid mobile device for a minor in this state; or (2) To provide funds to a minor for the purpose of purchasing a prepaid mobile device or refilling a prepaid mobile device with wireless communication services on a previously purchased prepaid mobile device in this state.
