§ 3-9-101 — Nudity on premises prohibited - Penalty - Rules

(a) No person who has received a permit under any law of the State of Arkansas for the sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption shall suffer or permit any person to appear on the permitted premises in such manner or attire as to expose to view any portion of the pubic area, anus, vulva, or genitals or any simulation thereof, nor suffer or permit any female to appear on the premises in such manner or attire as to expose to view any portion of her breast below the top of the areola or any simulation thereof. (b) Any hotel-motel-restaurant mixed drink permittee or private club permittee violating this section shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in §§ 3-9-201 - 3-9-214 , 3-9-221 - 3-9-225 , and 3-9-232 - 3-9-237 for the violation of those sections. (c) The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall promulgate such rules as it deems necessary for the implementation of this section.
