§ 3-5-307 — Prohibited practices

No holder of a license authorizing the sale of beer for consumption on the premises where sold or any servant, agent, or employee of the licensee shall do any of the following upon the licensed premises: (1) Knowingly sell beer or wine to a minor; (2) Knowingly sell beer or wine to any person while the person is in an intoxicated condition; (3) Sell beer or wine upon the licensed premises or permit beer to be consumed thereon, on any day or at any time when the sale or consumption is prohibited by law; (4) Permit any prostitute to frequent the licensed premises; (5) (A) Permit gambling or games of chance upon the licensed premises. (B) Permitting gambling or games of chance under subdivision (5)(A) of this section does not include: (i) Charitable bingo and raffles under the Charitable Bingo and Raffles Enabling Act, § 23-114-101 et seq.; or (ii) A lottery under the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Act, § 23-115-101 et seq.; (6) Permit on the licensed premises any disorderly conduct, breach of the peace, or any lewd, immoral, or improper entertainment, conduct, or practices; (7) Sell, offer for sale, or permit the sale on the licensed premises of any kind of alcoholic liquors, except wine and beer; or (8) Permit the consumption on the licensed premises of wine or any other kind of alcoholic liquor, except beer.
