Text
Every provision of this subchapter shall be subject to all beer, malt beverage, hard cider, or ready-to-drink product laws and rules, except that conflicting beer, malt beverage, hard cider, or ready-to-drink product laws and rules shall be inapplicable to any provision of this subchapter to the extent that they conflict herewith.
