Repealed by Act 2021, No. 483,§ 15, eff. 7/28/2021. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4011, eff. 7/1/2019. Acts 2001, No. 419, § 1. Effective 90 days after sine die adjournment, Title 26, Chapter 55, Subchapter 13, is repealed (by Act 2021, No. 483,§ 15) as duplicative having been dual-codified at §§ 26-56-701 - 26-56-708.
