§ 26-51-1705 — Rules
Arkansas·Title 26
The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration and the Arkansas Development Finance Authority shall promulgate rules necessary to administer the provisions of this subchapter. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this section shall become effective until it has been approved by the secretary in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.
