Text

(a)The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission is charged with the responsibility of promulgating and administering rules related to the creation, restoration, and conservation of wetlands and riparian zones with the intent of qualifying for the tax credits provided for in this subchapter.
(b)(1) The commission may charge a reasonable application fee for the processing of tax credit applications.
(2)All fees collected shall be deposited into the Arkansas Water Development Fund.
