§ 25-43-305 — Adult Education Section
Arkansas·Title 25
(a)There is created within the Division of Workforce Services an Adult Education Section.
(b)The Secretary of the Department of Commerce may delegate any duties and responsibilities to the section.
(c)The secretary may employ the personnel necessary to administer the section.
