Text
(a)The Department of Veterans Affairs shall:
(1)Supervise the operation of the veterans' homes under § 20-81-105 ;
(2)Supervise the activities, training, and testing of the county veterans' service officers located throughout the State of Arkansas; and (3) Perform all administrative functions for the state entities under the administration of the department.
(b)The department is authorized to develop and promulgate all rules necessary for the enforcement and implementation of the provisions of the Transformation and Efficiencies Act of 2019 and all applicable federal rules and regulations.
