Text
(a)The Department of Labor and Licensing shall consist of those divisions of the Department of Labor which existed as of June 30, 2019, those state entities transferred to the Department of Labor and Licensing pursuant to § 25-43-1102 , and any other divisions or state entities which may be created by law and placed under the Department of Labor and Licensing.
(b)Members of a statutory board or commission transferred to the Department of Labor and Licensing pursuant to a cabinet-level department transfer shall continue to be selected in the manner and serve for the terms provided by the statutes applicable to that board or commission as such statutes may from time to time be amended.
