Text
(a)The Division of Arkansas Heritage through the Central Administration Division or any successor division is authorized to establish and impose reasonable fees to recover costs incurred in the preparation and distribution of educational published materials and in holding workshops and seminars and costs of other services rendered.
(b)Funds derived from the fees shall be deposited in a bank account to be used to defray the initial costs of publishing additional educational publications and holding workshops and seminars.
