Text
The Treasurer of State shall have free access to all the other offices of the state for the inspection, concerning his or her duties, of all books, accounts, and papers which they respectively contain. Rev. Stat., ch. 18, § 30; C. & M. Dig., § 4488; Pope's Dig., § 5524; A.S.A. 1947, § 12-612.
