Text
Employees in extra help positions in the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services shall not, in a fiscal year:
(1)Receive an amount exceeding eighty-five percent (85%) of the maximum annual salary for a comparable position as authorized under the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act, § 21-5-201 et seq.; or (2) Be employed for a period of time exceeding one thousand eight hundred (1,800) hours.
