§ 25-10-107 — Reports by divisions

(a) All other divisions within the Department of Human Services shall provide the office of the Secretary of the Department of Human Services with all policies regarding personnel administration, procurement of commodities and services, accounting and budget control, licensure of facilities, program planning and evaluation, contractual agreements with consultants and providers of services, data processing systems management, federal grant management, and any other information which may be requested by the office. (b) (1) The other divisions shall report quarterly to the office concerning the areas of coordination and cooperation where the divisions have worked with other departmental divisions and concerning the plans for coordination and cooperation in the next quarter. (2) A copy of the report shall be sent to the Legislative Council upon request of the Legislative Council.
