Text
(a)Reports by state agencies that are required to be submitted to the General Assembly shall be submitted only to:
(1)The Speaker of the House of Representatives;
(2)The President Pro Tempore of the Senate;
(3)The member of the General Assembly who was the lead sponsor of the legislation authorizing the preparation of the report; and (4) The Director of the Bureau of Legislative Research.
(b)A report required to be submitted to the General Assembly shall be filed in electronic form.
