Text

(a)(1) On or before June 1 of each calendar year, an insurer, or the insurance group of which the insurer is a member, shall submit a corporate governance annual disclosure to the Insurance Commissioner.
(2)The corporate governance annual disclosure required under subdivision (a)(1) of this section shall contain the information described in § 23-63-2005 .
(3)Notwithstanding any request from the commissioner made under subsection (c) of this section, if the insurer is a member of an insurance group, the insurer shall submit according to the laws of the lead state the corporate governance annual disclosure required under this section to the commissioner or regulator of the lead state for the insurance group as determined by the procedures outlined in the most recent Financial Analysis Han
