§ 23-4-719 — Enforcement of Acts 1899, No. 53 - Mandamus

If any person or corporation operating any railroad or express company fails, refuses, or neglects, after notice by the Arkansas Department of Transportation, to put up its rate sheet, giving its tariff of charges in the manner, place, and time as provided in this act; to furnish the department with the rate sheet and tariff of charges as provided for in this act; to furnish cars and motive power for the prompt transportation of freight as provided in this act; to comply with any provision of this act; or to make returns as required by this act, then the person or corporation shall be subject to a writ of mandamus. The writ shall be issued by any circuit court of this state where the person or corporation has an office, agent, or place of business to compel a compliance with the provisions
