Text
A generation and transmission cooperative may modify its rates and charges if:
(1)At least three-fourths (3/4) of its board votes to change its rates and charges;
(2)A proposed increase in the generation and transmission cooperative's rates and charges does not exceed five percent (5%) in any twelve-month period of the total gross revenues of the generation and transmission cooperative; and (3) Any additional requirements of this subchapter are satisfied.
