§ 23-2-201 — Definitions

As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)"Department" means the Arkansas Department of Transportation; and (2) "Transportation" means the carriage of persons and property for compensation by air, rail, water, carrier pipelines, or motor carriers.
