§ 23-18-1103 — Definitions

As used in this subchapter:

(1)"Electric utility" means an electric utility subject to the jurisdiction of the Arkansas Public Service Commission and that is engaged in the business of supplying electricity to an end user in the State of Arkansas; and (2) "Existing electric generating unit" means a facility subject to the jurisdiction of the Arkansas Public Service Commission and located in the State of Arkansas for the generation of electric energy in the State of Arkansas that has previously provided power through an electric utility grid system and is currently connected to the electric utility grid system.
