§ 23-13-602 — Registration with a base state required
Arkansas·Title 23
Foreign and domestic motor carriers, motor private carriers, leasing companies, brokers, and freight forwarders shall not operate in interstate commerce in this state without:
(1)Being registered with a base state; and (2) Paying all fees as required under the Unified Carrier Registration Act of 2005, Pub. L. No. 109-59, § 4301 et seq.
