§ 23-12-807 — Engineer or conductor intoxicated

If a person is intoxicated while in charge of a locomotive engine running upon any railroad in this state or while acting as the conductor of any cars on any railroad in this state, he or she is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor and shall be punished accordingly.
